Reeder Canyon: Intermediate - Dirt bike
Time & Location
About the Event
Reeder Canyon is a trail we enjoy riding over and over in the same year. The trail starts at 7,060' and gently climbs to 10,500' through a breathtaking canyon full of pines, aspens, and several mountain meadows full of wildflowers. Although the trail is not technical, it is fast and flowy and an amazing ride. We rate this tour as intermediate because there are a few climbs that contain some rocky sections and loose rocks in several of the flat sections. There are no ledges or staircases which makes this trail the perfect place for riders who want to transition from beginner to intermediate trails. TRAIL TIME 4+ HOURS.
The trailhead is located at Joes Valley Reservoir. A GPS location will be given upon booking. THERE IS NO CELL PHONE SERVICE AT THE TRAILHEAD.
We have Forest Service permits for the area and we are fully insured. THIS IS A BRING YOUR OWN BIKE TOUR; WE DO NOT RENT BIKES OR EQUIPMENT. RIDERS ARE FREQUENTLY CHECKED FOR PROPER REGISTRATION SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR TAGS BEFORE YOUR TOUR.
